These noodles are amazing!20 calories per pouch but l find 1/2 bag an ideal helping for myself. They are a bit fishy stinky when 1st opened so you have to rinse them well.The secret is to dry fry to get rid of most of the water content to get a 'pasta' texture. I honestly can't tell the difference & it saves me 100's of calories Thank goodness for Konjac.

I’ve seen some reviewers say they had received a different product. Maybe that was an accident as accidents happen. As of March to April 2022 I received what was in the photo, perfect for my keto diet. I rinse and put them in the microwave for a few minutes. They aren’t perfect. You can tell it definitely isn’t pasta haha. But they aren’t bad. They are tasteless. The taste will come from the sauce you add. But they have that ‘feel’ and texture of eating pasta. I make nice sauces and they do the job. You just have to be creative. I still have a few boxes left. They are just so easy for those nights I don’t want to cook. I actually found them in a health store not far from me for the same price. So no harm. Someone described them as stomach fillers and that’s exactly what they are. I made a tasty pesto pasta a few nights back, store bought jar that had only 4 net carbs. Added some Parmesan and walla! The different types are all pretty much the same thing. Just different shaped pastas. Hope this helps. (:

terrible fishy smell, wierd texture no flavour expensive for something inedible

Its effective and expands significantly to make you feel more full but even after soaking and straining it multiple times, it still tastes and smells like fish and really not in a good way, the fishy taste is subtle but strong and I've had no success in masking it...Also, the packaging is not discreet, even if you select the plain cardboard box as you orderI bought powdered glucomanann (konjac fibre) and it was significantly cheaper and equally filling without the fishy taste (I take 1tsp in a cup of monster)... I'm probably not going to be using the rest of these

I love rice and pasta but not the calories, these are great! Obviously not going to be the same as the real thing but as long as you wash thoroughly (when you open has a fishy smell but rinse and this disappears) it’s unflavoured but then you can add your own sauces and honestly it gives a similar texture and feeling your eating pasta! This is great for me because it’s a fraction of the calories and you can afford to add sauces and whatever without it being too high in cals (I’m in a calorie deficit) I’ll buy again and again and I’m a fan!

The wider ones are good subs for pasta, but the "spaghetti" is too thin (more a Singapore noodle). They don't really taste of anything other than what you dress or serve them in. Really useful for Keto diet - very acceptable alternative to pasta, but you would likely wish to mix it up with "courgetti" or finely shredded white cabbage (my go-to for Bolognese). I am not ardent Keto - have a Type-1 diabetic kid, so exploring it for options to reduce long-term load of exogenous insulin. (If you know, you know. I have used the Eat Water rice and the pasta before. I have to admit when the sachets is cut open the product smells strange but don’t let it put you off.Once rinsed and used it is tasty and low calorie. I have been feeding it to my husband for three years and he has no idea it is not rice or genuine pasto.

I've been eating konjac noodles for quite some time to follow a less caloric diet and I've tried a lot of different brands. I must say that I LOVE this variety pack as it allows you to change from the regular shirataki konjac noodles that you find everywhere and it can get boring if you eat konjac every day like me. They are super easy to clean and cook, the smell does not stay after rinsing and they taste great with your favorite sauce. I recommend this brand with no problem and will buy more in the future!
