I’m not knocking the supplement with the “but” in the header; I just didn’t look at these ingredients to stop hair loss. I actually think the ingredients are a fantastic mix of ingredients that are great for the healthy growth of hair and skin and having 5,000mg of Biotin in each serving is really good. I’m just going by what I actually experienced years ago when I lost mass amounts of my hair from being very ill and what I took that I know for a fact had stopped and reversed my hair loss completely and much of these ingredients were part of it but, it’s missing, I believe from memory, 3 or 4 ingredients that were the Main part. That was 20 plus years ago and maybe things have changed. Anyway, as I said though, I do love these ingredients by knowing they’ve definitely helped my hair be much healthier though. I would still recommend them because they’re also made vet clean, are GMP Certified, all Natural, Non-GMO and made in the USA. Stay Healthy Everyone!😁

3/5 RatingFirst impressions - Was very excited as I started growing out a Quarantine beard and letting my hair grow out. The bad part about getting older is I noticed some thinning around the crown of my head. I thought it would be best to give this a try. I had high hopes. I'm not too fond of the taste / smell. It's not completely bad but it's not good either.I've been taking for two weeks and I don't really notice a difference. I will continue to keep taking and update my review as time pass.

Tastes like B12 pills, and the bottle is almost over and I haven’t noticed any difference so far.
