I bought this trapdoor and built a cage to trap pigeons. All the bait I placed got eaten up but no birds were to be found. I hypothesized that perhaps smaller birds were stealing the food and leaving between the bars. But today I went up to the roof and lo and behold there was a pigeon in my cage! And before my eyes it pushed its way through the bars and flew away. Now I know what happened to all the bait. This trapdoor does not keep the pigeons in. Do not waste your money.
