This product value is at a great price, easy to swallow, doesn't taste bad. I was missing multiple vitamins in my diet and needed a boost. These help me out eveyday!

I’ve been using this product for a couple years now. It’s always been good at helping me fill in gaps with immune defense and stay healthy. I remember when I switched to this brand from a different supplement, I got a bit of a cold. Same happens if I’m off of it too long. My most recent order came in May 2023 and not long after starting the bottle, I got a cold/cough. I had noticed the product had stronger scent than it ever had before. It just made me wonder if they’d changed anything about the formula. That’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It’s been great so far, so my latest cold experience is speculation in relation to the product, and it would be nice to know if the formula was changed at all. Time will tell for me though.

Healthy ingredients, can't find anything like it in local stores.

I'm an individual with chronic health issues of different types. I haven't experienced any side effects listed with the product, yet I've taken it for two days straight now and have had a horrible reaction to it. I'm not allergic to any ingredients in the product either. I've experienced horrible intestinal/abdominal burning specifically that comes and goes. When it comes it lasts for a few hours at a time. Considering I do have chronic health issues, I can say that at the least this product has the ability to further agitate issues. Yet, at the same time I'm experiencing symptoms from this that don't pertain to current health issues and I've had testing within the past couple months to rule out some issues. Therefore, I'm positive that my new symptoms that have appeared have to do with this product as they appeared after taking it. This is a great product and despite the reaction I'm having, I would recommend it as I haven't experienced the product mentioned side effects. Yet, I don't recommend this for anyone with chronic health issues, even if you are taking medication to ease symptoms, as this product could agitate your conditions. Only you can make the decision yourself whether or not you take this, but take caution.
