First I want to say, this is a great supplement! The liver and kelp in this formula are from organic sources and provide a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals with no fillers or additives. I have my whole family taking these in lieu of a multivitamin. We use Himalayan salt which is not iodized and is not a dietary source of iodine so I find the added kelp to be very beneficial. I do have to chime in on the iodine level and some bad information other reviewers are putting out there. One reviewer left a one star review and cited the 200% RDA (299mcg) of iodine as a cause for concern going as far as to say that it would cause iodine poisoning. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Whoever wrote this is incredibly uninformed. The RDA (recommended daily allowance) of iodine is 150mcg for an adult over the age of 19. But the RDA is hardly anywhere near the level of iodine it would take to cause any sort of poisoning or overdose. For that we need to look at the tolerable upper intake level (UL). For adults the UL is 1,100mcg or approximately 732%. You would have to be consuming iodine from various sources above the UL for an extended length of time in order to get to any kind of level that would be toxic. That would be nearly impossible with this product and diet alone. The only person at risk of getting to toxic levels of iodine in their system would be someone who is already taking a dedicated iodine supplement. In this case I would definitely speak to a trusted medical professional and maybe consider the liver formula from Grassland Nutrition that does not include the bull kelp. As I mentioned earlier, I give this supplement to my whole family, including my kids. I do one capsule for every 20lbs of body weight per day. My 11yo gets 3 and my 7yo gets 2. some people even open up the capsules and mix it into baby food, liver is good for them too. Depending on body weight you'd want to try 1/2 to 1 capsule a day. Again, check with a medical professional if you are unsure. Everything I have written above is based on my own research, experience and recommendations I have been given by other knowledgeable people.

Results in DAYS, truly. I am seeing a DO for holistic therapy for adrenal exhaustion and mild thyroid fatigue. My energy has been depleted and getting worse for years. I have been taking this for about 6 months, and will probably do so for years to come.

No after taste. Been taking about 2 weeks and seem to have a little more energy.

Got these for my husband who had been battling extreme fatigue. It has changed his life!! He is back to himself. Great supplement!

The only con I have with this is the quantity of capsules per serving (6). But this product works for me giving me a lot of energy without needing my daily dose of caffeine.
