I am not sure if you can use it in bed to replace regular pillows. This is very good for car seats and I am using it for few months and helps a lot while driving.

Can I use this pillow with head wing attachment? Looking for a pillow as a go between as the wings have a hard plastic bar across the headrest poles.

Supporting the curvature of the neck you need something thicker, but the elastic strap will fit around the wings.
