Was given for a Christmas present and was not able to get it until April! Didn’t work right and was replaced by the supplier after I explained about the warranty and they were very good to replace it

I could not be happier with this purchase. We originally purchased this for when we go camping, but have been using it inside the house since we bought it. We have well water so we don't drink the water and don't make ice from it, so this has been a lifesaver. I have recommended this to all our friends for garages, barns, sheds, man caves, etc.

Made cubes fast but they don’t stay frozen at size when first started. As it runs awhile, the stay at size. It worked great for 3 weeks then wouldn’t make cubes anymore. Customer service was amazing! Even though it didn’t hold up, they stand behind their product 100%!!

If you’re a weirdo ice eater like myself, you’ll mostly want to know what kind of ice this puts out. Well it’s good! It’s the bullet shape, but the soft kind that melts too quickly in your drink, but is great to eat if you just eat ice by itself. It puts out ice about every 8 minutes, so if you leave it for a while, pretty soon you have tons of ice in the reservoir! The first few pieces when you turn it on will be thinner and crunchier, and the latter few batches will be soft snd crunchy like snow. In short this is a game changer and since I have no ice maker in my fridge, this is the most wonderful luxury my husband has ever bought for me.

This machine will start out working properly but after using every day, it will stop making ice. Then you have to let it set for at least 2 sometimes 3 days before making ice again. The initial machine I got stopped making and then it started making ice. In the middle of making ice it said I needed to add water, but the water was 3/4 full. I had to take a video of it not making ice to be able to get a replacement. They did provide a shipping label and thank goodness I still had the original boxing. I started the replacement process around the 21st 22nd of February and did not get the replacement until the end of the first week of March. I have been using it since and starting on the 4th of April it's now not making ice again. I'm going to let it sit for 2 or 3 days and see if it will start working. But if anyone is looking at this ice machine I would strongly not recommend getting it. It doesn't last and doesn't work as described. It did not start working so I sent the unit back. The defective unit was received by the seller, I have yet to receive the replacement unit. It's been over a week and the shipment label still says pending. I've sent an email to them and no response. This is not a reliable product. Do not waste your money. I would recommend getting an Igloo. Update 05/11/2022: I had to send another email to this company before I got a response where my shipment was. I returned the defective unit which they received as of 04/29/2022 and as of yet no information when I am going to get my replacement just an excuse that the shipping label was stuck in pending and today is 05/11/2022. I have asked for a refund which I will probably not get.

The family loves this ice machine, it keeps up with the three of us just fine. I love the size ice that it makes, because I like to eat it, lol. Perfect for smaller places and get to the job done ✅

Sturdy. Works well. EAsy to use. Makes ice fast! We use this ALL THE TIME! Would buy again!

I purchased this item around December and it worked great for several months. About a month and a half ago, the ice machine simply was not producing ice anymore. It would make its 6 pieces and as soon as they hit the basket they were already melting. The machine cannot retain its internal temperature to maintain a cool environment for the ice anymore. At first I was quite happy with the machine; now, however, I don't believe it lasted as long as it should have. It could be that mine was defective but. My machine had a short life span.
