Seeking Health is a customer-centric brand, physician formulated, used by naturopathic doctors and in functional medicine. While the product is excellent, if one is using said product (post) Thyroid Storm, or for Adrenal Fatigue, one can need as many as four capsules per day, thus this is about two weeks worth of supplementation for an individual looking to transition away from chronic stages of fatigue, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, autoimmune endocrine related conditions. Crashes have been less severe and debilitating with Adrenal Cortex supplementation, support for your body during recovery. While under the care of a naturopathic doctor now, for nearly one year, there was no diagnosis making symptomatic sets difficult to address, let alone treat. I opted to reorder for tge second time in one month, and purchased a bottle for my father since he had a heart attack in May last year. Adrenal Cortex assists in regulating adrenaline and cortisol, and adaptogenic herbs are helpful for lowering stress. One of the unexpected benefits of supplementation with this product at night, before bedtime, I found that there was more restful sleep, that I had a much easier time waking in the morning in order to begin a new day. More specifically, I didn't bear the lethargy I previously experienced prior to beginning adrenal cortex. I'm grateful for that. There are different protocols in place to address different symptoms such as resolving infection, inflammation, making changes to diet, modulating hormones, correcting gut microbiome, addressing possible yeast among other factors which had to be carefully monitored and addressed, but adrenal cortex has made a really nasty illness pause, and allowed for recovery time, changing how stress response is perceived, allowing for rest, so that I could begin to heal. I take two in the morning and two before bed. I definitely know when I've let myself run out. If there is only 20% improvement each month, I still feel that to be worthy of something since many of the doctors I saw wouldn't treat for eighteen months. My T4 was 9.6; and my T3 was greater than 4, TSH was greater than six. We aren't sure how much damage there has been since no pathology or MRI were ever performed from July 2015 through November 2016. So, as levels have began to normalize post rT3 pooling, I will likely continue Adrenal Cortex. I don't have any issues with nausea, stomach upset, digestion. There is no strange smell, and these are small, and do not need to be chewed. Was interested to learn that it is a good idea to take them one hour prior to coffee or food. I use this in conjunction with LDN, NDT, Progesterone, sea iodine, partially broken down iron, pituitary supplement, and am now exploring survivingmold dot com protocol that includes rg3 panax ginseng, nicotinamide riboside, phospholipid beta sisterol, plant sterols, phosphatidylcholine phospholipid, sodium butyrate with short chain fatty acids, coq10, pqq, DMG, DIM, Calcium D Glucarate, Primrose, Flax, and a good DHA and RNA supplement. I'm not recommending that to anyone, those are measures I'm taking to try to recover from a ton of crazy, inflamed conditions that hit me all at once like a Semi. I wasn't prepared for that. I'm in my thirties. I've always been healthy up until July 2015. I will use those to try to heal from nine rounds of antibiotics, and multiple prescrptions that I no longer require. I hope this helps anyone suffering from severe endocrine dysrution, autoimmune type symptoms.

Finally don’t need to take a nap every afternoon. It really helps. Some days I don’t need as much so I open the capsules and take 1/2. Anxiety isn’t as bad and I feel more motivated. I know I’m taking too much if I get irritable.

I was buying another brand at twice the price. I took a gamble on these adrenal cortex and am glad I did.
