So nice I got some for a wedding present ! These have their own elegance - simple and works wonderfully. They don't have a pattern and are a classic steak knife so it goes with whatever silverware you have - as long as it's silver color. They work like a charm - hubby didn't know steak knifes were a thing! now he uses all the time. They would probably work well on tough vegetables, too. The last quality knife I've had since 1987 - bought in Germany - and it is still going strong. I expect these to do the same. They are one piece so I expect durability.

Nice set of small in the hand knives. I use these when serving smaller steaks and other items that the standard knife in the matching set of forks, spoons, etc. does not "cut" the job. Attractive and easy in the hand. Get a set and enjoy some easy cutting and not struggle with the matched knives in 80 piece dinner set.

These knives are too sharp—so sharp that the moment you open the box, you’ll feel like you need to make an appointment with a therapist.The first cut was innocent enough. I thought I was slicing into a juicy ribeye. No big deal, right? WRONG. The knife glided through the steak like it was slicing through the fabric of reality itself. One second I was slicing beef, and the next, I was questioning the very purpose of my existence. “Am I even worthy of owning these knives?” I whispered to myself as the steak fell apart, almost too easily, as though the cow had voluntarily surrendered its flesh to the blade.By the time I made it through my second cut, I was convinced these knives were forged in some shadowy German laboratory where scientists cackle maniacally as they test the edges on meteorite shards and dragon scales. These blades are ridiculous. You know that delicate fat cap on a steak? Yeah, these knives didn’t just cut it—they severed it from reality. I’m pretty sure I tore a hole in the time-space continuum, and now a dimension full of sentient steaks knows about us. I keep hearing whispers of “The Great Butchery” when I try to sleep.Now let’s talk about the weight. You pick one up, and suddenly you feel like you’re the lead character in an over-the-top action movie—only instead of battling bad guys, you’re the villain, relentlessly slicing through steaks with no mercy. I’m half-convinced I need to register these knives with the government—they’re basically classified military-grade tools. In the wrong hands, they could start a steak revolution. No cut of meat is safe.So, if you’re ready to sacrifice your sanity and perhaps unleash a blade-wielding alter ego, then by all means, buy this set. These are pretty decent for the price. They are sharp and not too big like some knit sets. They should last a long time. Some of them have fabrication grinding marks on the handles which is less than ideal. They appear to have some rust spots already as well. Good to use but not up to what I would like for a set to use with company for dinner.
