Order pretty screwed up.
Bait and switch?Usually take screenshot of orders. This time I didn't & Shame on me. I was certain I ordered 4 knobs for about $12 , but I received only ONE for $6. Looking back at order it SAYS I ordered only 1 knob. Maybe I wasn't paying attention. But, then I notice, it shows only 1 review a YEAR AGO, w/only ONE star. Same thing happened to him. Thought he ordered 4. Received only 1. I have never ordered anything that has only ONE review or ONE star. Even if it IS from Amazon directly. And the receipt displayed item has BOTH. I do feel like it was bait & switched.The knob itself, not great.It is very cheap quality. Same original knob is MUCH heavier. Also, it turns WAY TOO EASY. Just slightly lean against it, it turns EASILY. The dog touches it smelling for snacks, it turns. Already had 1 house burn down. Don't want another.Shipping was great. Got it when promised.But not happy with overpriced cheap and potentially fire hazard or gas poison knob.psJUST came in to enter my review &rating. Low and behold, there's ANOTHER ORDER getting ready to ship. a set of 2 black knobs for $8 MORE? BLACK?! WTH??!! I didn't order black knobs. I wanted 4 white knobs. I got 1 cheap garbage white & 2 black ones on the way? A mismatched odd number mixed bag, and it's going to cost me more than what I originally expected to pay? ha ha ha ha Something is fishy.Screw ups I understand. 2 COVER UPS, with no notification, I don't take kindly to. I was going to give 2 maybe even 3 stars on the chance I hallucinated everything and made a mistake myself and for good shipping/delivery. Now wish I could do zero. Do you have citizens working there or are they H1-B visas?(have pics and screen shot of order mysteriously added, but don't see where to post.)

I just about given up on finding a proper knob for the stove, until I found this one. The color matches perfectly to the other three and I'm so glad I found it finally.
