Are these swabs wrapped in just paper or are they paper/plastic?

One side of the wrapper is paper, the other plastic. It's easy to push the stick end out through the paper side to remove the two swabs.

How many come in a box

The McKeeson Manufacturer # 24-106-2S is 100 paper packets of two swabs per packet, for a total of 200 swabs. There are single swab per packet out there, got one once, so look at the picture of the box your ordering and the item number.
