I just purchased this as a christmas gift for my wife. the snow does not circulate. what do i have to do to make it work?

The bottom moves left and right. Push one way and it just lights up. Push the other and the light and snow should work.

Where is the switch to turn on sound/globe? Is it on the back (easily accessible) or underneath?

The switch is behind very easy accessible. The item is amazing we enjoyed alot. definetly a great product

What is the shipping weight for this item?

It shouldnt be more than 3 kg , it was long time ago i donot remember exact weight but as I said not more than 3 kg

Very beautiful and simple

This is a beautiful snow globe much more simple than the photos but still very beautiful. The snow swirls, the houses light, and the Christmas music plays if you want. We find it beautiful and simple.

Gorgeous Snowy Christmasy Snow Globe

It's a beautiful piece of art, reflecting an old time snowy Christmasy village. It's exactly what I was looking for in a Christmas decoration. I love the automatic snow, music, and lights in the house windows. I received it very quickly after ordering it as well. Update: This is my third Christmas using this decoration and we still enjoy it just as much as the first Christmas.

Awful!

This snowglobe is awful! It looks like an imitation of a knock-off version of what is pictured. Very dull and very little detail. I have attached a picture so you can see what this actually looks like.Also it was shipped in Styrofoam with no box. For $12 shipping, I expected a box.I definitely expected alot more and do not believe this is worth the price at all. I am definitely disappointed and will now have to search for a new snowglobe to give as a gift.

We purchased this as a Christmas present for our aunt and uncle. They love it. It is quite heavy. The detail is amazing. The music sounds very good for a snow globe. Various Christmas music tunes to listen to. Should be a cherished gift for years.

Gave this to my sister and she says it's the prettiest snow globe she has, and she has a lot of them. Plays a lot of different songs. I can't wait till I visit so I can see it. She loved it.

Was very surprised how much smaller it was and a lot less detailed than appears in picture. It’s very nice but I wouldn’t have spent the money for it.
