Does not stay as sharp as expected.
Does not stay as sharp as I thought but I have not sharpened it yet. The design is a little hard to work with, but I manage, because I like the knife.

this knife is supposed to be razor sharp. when I try to cut a tomato it does not cut well. wind up using my old knife. not recommended to anyone
