These Vanilla Beans were exactly what I was looking for to make homemade vanilla extract. My extract is 6 weeks in and I am so excited to try it out and give it away as gifts. The beans were super fragrant. I used the bean paste in a cheesecake and everyone thought the flavor was incredible. I plan to use the extract beans to make vanilla sugar when the extract is done brewing. Getting the most for my money, though you already get a lot. There were a lot of beans in this package and I will definitely buy more in the future when I run out of these. Thanks for offering such a great product at a reasonable price!

Omg. Fabulous beans . Best I have EVER gotten off the net. Fat - so supple they make your mouth water smelling them. Long plump even beans, not wrinkled or skinny, brittle and dry, and not tappering a 1/4th of the way down the bean before you see any resemblance of caviar. But these beans....WOW they are so full. Seriously, I have never seen beans this full. You split one open and drag the back of your knife down the center and I think you would get dang near a full quarter teaspoon. Ok, ok, I get it, sorry...didn't intend to sound like I need to stand at pulpit. Just want you to know this is a good product at a good price.

This is my fourth or fifth purchase of these fine vanilla beans. I make several batches of Vanilla extract to give as Christmas gifts. They are plump and fragrant and an excellent value for the price. Do not hesitate to make a purchase; they are very good quality.

When I received the vanilla beans I was excited because I was going to make my own vanilla extract. However, when I opened the package it smelled like olives big time. I was disappointed, but still decided to make the extract. I have had the extract in the pantry for a few months now and when you go to open it, the smell of olives is overwhelming. I am really disappointed in this product, as I was truly looking forward to making my own extract. I feel I have wasted money on not only the vanilla beans, but also in the alcohol I bought to make the extract. Just so disappointed.

When I received these bean, they were gorgeous in the packet. The first few I used were ideal. It wasn't until I'd attempted to use more that my trouble began. I stored them in the manner you should store vanilla beans, but the molded horribly. I was disappointed because I'd order quite a few.

Fantastic Vanilla Beans. These were used to make Vanilla Extract for Holiday gifts using Bormioli Rocco Country Home Gotica 8 1/2 Ounce Bottles. The beans come vacuum sealed and when you open the package it smells amazing. I was impressed with the quality of the beans, as they are large, soft yet firm (if that makes sense) and oily. I will definitely order these again.

Think of how much cooler you will be by adding vanilla beans to your favorite recipes. You could be like that lame-o Sharon down the street who just brings regular cookies, regular ice cream and regular frosting to the picnic. Imagine arriving to the neighborhood BBQ and telling everyone "I brought home made Vanilla Bean Ice Cream." Or when you're asked "Hey Kimberly this cake is fantastic what is in it?" You can reply with " oh its just made with homemade vanilla extract I made by hand with fresh vanilla beans, oh and the frosting has fresh vanilla beans in it too." Everyone is gonna be like "Who's Sharon, Kimberly is our new hero." You're gonna be the cool kid in town, all because you made the right decision and bought these beans. Trust me, I bought them, and I'm cool. You want to be cool too right? These are an excellent choice. I buy them all the time and they are awesome in all my recipes. When I grow up and I'm at the age where my Sundays are spent at the Bingo hall, I will still be buying these OliveNation Premium Madagascar Vanilla Beans. They are just that awesome.
