Absolutely love love this helmet. I am an active snowboarder every season multiple times and this helmet has never failed me! I have a smaller head, 5’1” 115 pounds, petite frame! I don’t wear a beanie under and I’ve used this helmet in a blizzard, with rain, snow, wind, and my head was warm the whole time! I’ve also fallen many times going off jumps and my helmet has not fallen off or cracked! I love the adjustable dial on the back of the helmet. The color doesn’t dull or stain easily. Overall such a great helmet, great design for the googles because it has a strap on the back of the helmet.

Loved this helmet for skiing! My head measures 23”. I got the S/M 55-58 cm size. Was comfortable all day. Paired it with the EXP VISION black frame, rose gold lens goggles, which compliments my pink ski jacket perfectly!

I am extremely happy with my purchase of this helmet. It fit my head (I'm a big dude- I got a size Large) and it was comfortable. The little twisting knob in the back is nice because you can adjust the fit of the helmet. The color matched the color I ordered. I brought it out on the mountain yesterday and thankfully didn't need to utilize the safety features of this helmet. However I noticed it is laboratory certified which is nice. It is a quality helmet for an extremely low price- definitely worth it for those who don't care about name brands! Cons: the earmuffs, although appreciated, make it difficult to use headphones. Also, the goggle headband clip in the back in under-engineered. Instead of snapping closed, the clip is just more like an edged hook and the goggle headband strap definitely doesn't feel very secure.

Great color options and fit kids perfect. Stays in place, good value and keeps heads warm. Work well with goggles. Size small fits both my 8 year old and 10 year old well.

So far this ski helmet is super comfortable and kept my head & ears warm with the comfy ear pads during my recent ski trip. It's well made, light and breathable for such a low price. To be honest though, the dome of this helmet does seem to be a bit higher in design and not streamlined. Makes my head and face look oddly shaped. This might put off some of those users that want to look fashionable at the slopes. As for me it's not a big deal so long as the helmet does its job when the time comes. Only time will tell on how long this helmet will last me but I'm confident that this helmet will save my noggin for many more ski seasons. Also, this helmet is versatile as it converts to a bike and/or skate helmet per manufacturer's stated description. I recently purchased an adult electric scooter too and I used it as my helmet during my cold morning rides. I feel much better using this as my helmet instead of a traditional bike helmet as it surrounds my whole noggin better. The best thing about this is that when the weather eventually gets warm, I can easily remove the ear padding and inner mesh net to match the weather conditions. I would highly recommend this helmet for price value and function. Aesthetics wise it's up to the user. It's not the best looking helmet in a fashionable sense.

I liked these helmets a lot! The quality is what you pay for but they definitely were worth it for our ski trip. They fit well and you could tighten and loosen as needed

This is the most oddly shaped helmet I’ve ever seen in my life. It looks like the helmets people wear after brain surgery.

Bought for my boyfriend’s snowboard trip and he loved it! The ears are removable which is nice depending on how warm you’d like to be and held up well! No scratching or chipping of the colour either.

The color is not burgendy. It's more like dark pink. Fits nice.

The child had a serious snow board mishap, he sustained no head injuries. Injured his shoulder and two ribs.

Edited to add: I decided to return it. It was just not comfortable enough to wear. It’s as pictured but sizing is definitely on the smaller side. My head measured 56.5cm which should mean there’s some wiggle room, but I had to release the dial on the back all the way to get it to somewhat comfortably fit. It’s an okay price so going to wear it for the season and see if it gets better with wear. Otherwise will definitely look for a different helmet next season.

The adult version of this helmet is advertised as having removable earmuffs - they are not removable. Their support has no idea what this products features are and flip flopped between saying this feature is available/isn't available/is only for newer models/was only for older models. They are also don't care or are unwilling to help. If your intention is to use this helmet with earmuffs and to never remove them, it's a fine product. Otherwise, don't bother because you won't be getting the features advertised. Edit: Retrospec support finally got their act together and figured out that the earmuffs are, in fact, removable. At least in this iteration of the product, you have to pull very hard (to the point where it feels like you could be damaging the earmuffs/helmet) to pull the earmuffs out. Their support could still be better, but the product delivered on the features specified.
