Amazon Essentials Women's Classic-Fit Lightweight Long-Sleeve V-Neck Sweater (Available in Plus Size)

I bought several of these sweaters and the first couple were *great*, so I bought more colors. But the sizing is all over the place.I had sized up to XL (usually wear L) because I wanted to wear a blouse underneath and didn’t want them tight.The green and the navy fit the way they were supposed to — just a little loose fitting with a slightly longer length, which I love.The dark gray came way too big (like an XXL), so I tried going down to L and it was way too small.Then I ordered the Heathered Blue in both L and XL and both were much shorter in length and just didn’t fit right, so I sent those back.I love the first two I bought — just wish the sizing was the same for all colors.

First off, it's hard to find nice even stripes, but you nailed it. I'm a stripe fanatic. Loved it so much, I just ordered another in navy. The sweater is soft & very light. That's important to me because I sweat with the slightest bit of heat. It washed up really nice. I layer it flat to dry & it is perfect.

Hard to find 100% cotton! I like the lighter weight even though long sleeved. In our area, the nights tend to be cool. Very flattering V neck, well made (the shoulder seams are not just thrown together). Haven’t washed it yet, assuming I will have to lie it flat because it is all cotton.

While the top is nice for the price, the packaging leave a lot to be desired. The top was shipped and delivered in a flimsy clear plastic bag. Absolutely zero protection from the elements- do better Amazon. 😕

These Amazon Essential sweaters are awesome! The fit is true to size also the colors are very nice.I am 5’ tall and weigh 107lbs. 😂 I wear a small. I have about 10…I wear them for a night out or doing ‘women’s work’ around the house. I do take care and wash them on gentle cycle but, I have to say, I am very picky about my laundry.Try one you will be a happy camper.

Really great sweater for the price. It’s much better quality than expected for the price:thick fabric, good colors, quality workmanship. I ordered the white animal print, and it looks great with black, brown, and tan-just as I hoped. I’m 5’4”, and a usual size 6, ordered a medium because I wanted a less tight fit for work. I believe a small would have been better. Probably more fitted but not tight. Sleeves are long, and the hem falls below my hips. Still, it will work and I highly recommend.

I purchased several of these after getting the first one. They fit well and haven't started pilling like a lot of sweaters I have bought over the years. Wore them through a whole season so far. The knit is very thin, but it layers nicely over a v-neck tshirt or fits under a jacket/vest. I would order again.

I am always leary purchasing clothes on line from a brand I don’t know. Well I’m very very pleased with this sweater. Was worried the v neck would be too long. Shouldn’t have worried. It fits perfectly, color pink is really flattering for my skin tone and it’s the perfect light weight I wanted for spring and summer. I’m always cold but didn’t want a heavy sweater. I’ve gotten lots of compliments and they are welcomed. I purchased a xl and the fit is perfect not too long but I do pull it up so that my hips aren’t completely covered. Really do recommend this sweater.

I like this Tee, I thought it was meant to be a jumper, but very thin and stretchy. I have ordered of Amazon Essentials before so did order a size or two up to my usual size 14. It fits OK, but like wearing a close fitting Tee. Will go well with a cardigan over the top. Colour is a brilliant red and I love it. It seems to be well made, but may stretch more when washed. I do find the Amazon size charts a challenge as the last summer top I bought was meant to be a size 14 and was more like a 20. I wonder if some are in American sizes, rather than British.

I bought three of these in size large: the coral pink, the green and navy black cheetah, all for my mother.She’s normally a size 12 to 14.5 foot - petiteAround:Bust 40Waist 32Hips 42Carries her weight in tummy and bust areas.All three fit very nicely overall, but the navy cheetah was somewhat different. The ribbing around the hem at the waist was tighter on the navy.Also, on the coral and green, you can fold the cuffs back and it doesn’t look bad. This is helpful to know for you petites out there. On the navy cheetah, you can’t really fold the cuffs back and have it look right. Just something to consider.With all three, the shoulders were good on her petite frame.The V-neck is not a deep plunge and doesn’t require a camisole or tank top underneath.The coral pink is not what I would call a pink at all. It’s not even a peach. It has a lot more orange in it and seems darker once you receive it. I was a bit disappointed with this one because the colour in the ad looked so unique and interesting. Very hard to describe the actual colour we got. From the pictures in the ad, the coral pink looks softer and lighter to me, but it’s actually not. It’s still a nice colour, but it’s definitely a hotter tone in orange.The green is fabulous. It’s a very slightly deeper colour than it looks on the ad, but still beautiful.The navy cheetah is lovely and will likely get the most wear.All three are a bit sheer, but probably decent for the spring and fall and layering in winter, perhaps with a thin turtleneck underneath. The material is adequate.Not sure how they wash yet.I think the price of around $20 each was fair.They are pretty versatile and can be used for both business and casual attire.It would be great if they added more colours in the pink, purple and blue range, cool and warm toned.I’d also like to see some sizes designed for petites with better sleeve length.It would also be good if they made them with a fabric that is slightly thicker, too.

Not as bright red as photo more wine colour. Fine knit which I like. I am a size 16 and XL is perfect. Would have liked it a little longer it comes just above hips but ok for either skirt or jeans/leggings. It's just a basic everyday jumper.

Bought the Light Grey XL I am UK14/16 sleeves are very long and so is the jumper, I am keeping it as I am short waisted and shorter arms, nice and soft haven`t washed it yet and don`t expect it to shrink hope it doesn`t bobble. May order another colour but will purchase smaller size and will see how this one is after a couple of washes, my first purchase of clothing for myself from amazon essentials, have ordered for hubby successfully before so would definitely buy clothing again for myself.

I ordered this top as it’s the exact colour I was looking for. I was a bit anxious as it was such a low price, but I’m delighted, for once it’s good value for money.
