I bought these foam earplugs to help with sleeping and they’ve turned out to be much better than I expected. They’re very soft and comfortable to wear, even for the whole night, and they don’t put too much pressure in the ears like some other earplugs I’ve tried before. They expand nicely after you put them in, which helps them stay in place and block out a lot of background noise. I live in a fairly noisy area and these do a really good job of reducing sounds like traffic, people talking, or general night-time noise without feeling uncomfortable. Another thing I like is that the foam feels smooth and not too stiff, so you can wear them for long periods without irritation. They’re also easy to roll and insert, and they keep their shape well after use. Overall, really good earplugs for the price. Comfortable, effective at blocking sound, and ideal for sleeping, travelling, or just when you need a bit of peace and quiet. I’d definitely buy them again.

Easy to use if you follow the instructions. Do not completely block sounds but reduce the volume and intensity so make snoring easier to cope with. Changed from my usual brand to this when the former started causing skin irritation but have had no trouble so far with this.

I use these for sleeping because my neighbours are the absolute WORST! My 10yr old also wears them every night, and as she is autistic she also uses them in loud places like the cinema or live shows etc... as they dull the uncomfortable noises/ volume but you can still hear the show. These are comfortable, and usually stay in all night, only occasionally fall out if not inserted properly (but I keep spares next to the bed). Also, I can still hear the alarm when it goes off. They are also good if you work from home and need quiet. Not perfect, but pretty close. They don't block sound completely, so they are good for concentrating but still being able to hear the phone ring etc...

As someone who has slept with earplugs in every night for years, these do the job exactly as one would expect. They are lightweight and comfortable enough that I do not notice them once they're in, despite being a side sleeper (though it might take a little getting used to if it's your first time sleeping with earplugs in). Good size as they fill my ear properly and usually stay in all night. I've tried many earplugs before and these block out the noise as well as any others have done. Each pair lasts a few days before either getting dirty or the foam loses its firmness, so these should last you a few months. If you're deciding which foam earplugs to buy, these are as good as they get in my experience. 5/5, would recommend.

These were purchased as sleep-time noise suppression of my partner, who snores like a rhino! The bad: I've used ear plugs like these in the past for industrial applications, and were they look the same as others I've used, aside from the colour, the level of comfort is not great. For me, they definitely created a bit of irritation, quite noticeable on first insertion, though you get used to it after a while, and in the morning after they've been inserted for a number of hours. Not horrible, but not great either, hence the three stars. Insertion takes practice, so don't expect a miraculous fit the first time you use these. Not just these particular items, but any similar foam insert. I found that the rate of expansion was too fast for me though. The trick is to roll them into a thin sausage then insert them into the ear canal. With practice this becomes second nature, but with these particular plugs, you have to insert them very quickly, else they become swollen again before they're properly in place, meaning you have to really work at it. I have quite wide ear canals, so this was a bit of a surprise for me as I don't usually have this issue. That's just me though; you may have more practice at putting these plugs in then I have and your ear canal may be a more suitable shape, but these are my findings. The good: Cheap! Really good value for money, I think. Industrial safety plugs are more expensive by-and-large, so no complaints there. I liked the keyring carry item too. Very god idea. If you can get them into your ears, then they work well. I can't test the veracity of the claimed 38dB SNR (Single Number Rating) but wearing then does significantly reduce the perceived noise levels. The container is good too. Secure and easy to get the top off/on so that the unused plugs don't get grubby.

Have been buying these for years for my son. Keeps noise out completely for a successful nights sleep. Soft but firm enough to stay in ears and mould to shape of the ear to stay in place. Always a good price and come in a handy plastic container to keep rest clean for use.

I've used ear plugs for years. Had a box virtually identical to these and had finally run out, so switched to these. You can imagine my surprise when they blocked almost no noise whatsoever. I have small ears and fairly small ear canals, so an inability of the plugs to expand far enough to seal the canal seems ridiculous, but, to put it in simple terms, they fail to stop even to smallest of noises, so they can't be sealing the canal. My old plugs are a different colour, but aside from that, they are identical in size and shape. However, as soon as I rolled the first one, I could tell that the foam is significant less dense, so the pressure it can exert as it returns to its normal shape must be less. At first I thought they'd fallen out because they blocked nothing at all. Then I removed them, re-rollwd them and refitted them. Same result. So I tried another pair. Same result. So I picked up the last pair of my old ones, that had already seen use over several nights, rolled them, fitted them and within 30 seconds, the world was quiet again. The next morning, I retested the new plugs, just because I couldn't believe that they 'really didn't work'... But, same result. This entire box will be heading to landfill, unused. I use these all the time to manage bad tinnitus in one ear. Wear one to noisy restaurants, cinema, gigs. Easy to put in and pretty comfortable once you get used to them. Also good for sleeping when travelling.

Top product with excellent protection

Bei der ersten Nutzung sind sie super, aber wenn geplant ist ein Parr Ohrstöpsel z.B. für ein ganzes Festival zu nutzen wird es schwierig. Zunächst sind die Ohrstöpsel gut zusammendrückbar und dehnen sich etwas verzögert wieder aus, sodass genug Zeit ist sie ins Ohr einzuführen. Das funktioniert aber beim zweiten oder drittenmal nur noch schlecht, sodass es sehr schwierig wird sie noch ins Ohr zu bekommen. Abgesehen davon sind die Ohrstöpsel aber gut, also hinsichtlich Tragekomfort und Geräuschreduktion.

Sehr angenehm zu benutzen

Die Ohrstöpsel fühlen sich sehr gut an, sind schön weich, und passen sich dem Gehörgang an. Für mich waren sie jedoch leider zu klein, so dass sie Geräusche - und vor allem Schnarchen - kaum gemindert haben. Für Leute mit kleinen Ohren könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass sie super geeignet sind. Für mich und meine Zwecke leider nicht.
