Cypress Home Trio Birds Ceramic Latte Travel Cup 17 oz

My wife had a mug that she adored. Unfortunately it took a dive off of the kitchen counter and shattered. I looked on Amazon for similar mugs and came across this one. My wife thought it was beautiful so we quickly ordered. To say that she is satisfied with the purchase understates how wonderful it is. She did not expect the top which keeps her drinks warm to be as useful as it is...so that was a bonus. It is very high quality, the colors are vibrant, the lid seals perfectly. I really don't think we could have asked for anything more. There is no doubt in my mind that if this mug decides to jump off of the counter, we will once again buy from the Pembroke Street Team.

UPDATE: While driving to work early one morning with the mug in my cup holder, I hit a deer and had a spectacular wreck (I'm ok, truck needed extensive repairs, deer was killed). Everything in the truck cab went flying, including my mug and cell phone. It was pitch black outside and someone finally stopped to help me out. We used a flashlight to locate my stuff in the floorboard - there was the mug on top of my phone. In dread I reached down to grab my phone only to discover that the mug had stayed firmly closed and not a drop of coffee was spilled!! I had a warm brew to calm my nerves while waiting on the first responders to arrive. Sooooo glad to have that big cumbersome lid now!!Original Review:The mug is beautiful. However, it just barely fits under the spout of a standard size Keurig coffee maker. I have to tilt it in place and tilt it again when taking it out. Also, the flip top lid is kind of cumbersome. The size of the mug makes it difficult to finish all your coffee without tipping it back a good ways which causes you to bang your nose on the flip top. I find it is best to remove the top altogether to finish drinking an entire cup of coffee.

I loved this mug, I have one myself and this one was a gift. The design was beautiful. I also want to stress that I appreciate that the decorative box was included as it should be. I ordered a different one prior to this and the decorative box wasn't included and I had to return it. (even though it was in the description!) So I'm glad that this one was sent and everything in the description was included.

This is a great mug. To start with it is a very pretty mug with the cardinal on it and comes packaged in a matching box. My wife loves it. I bought this to replace her older mug that cracked over time. Whan you put this mug in the microwave, the handle does not get hot like some other mugs and it seems to keep the coffee warm longer too. She hasn't tried it as a travel mug but the cover fits on it very securely.

I bought this travel mug for a friend who loves hummingbirds and goes on a lot of road trips. I gave it to her yesterday and she loved it. It's a beautiful mug that can also be used at home without the travel top. It's heavy, appears to be durable and the colors are vibrant and beautiful. It also comes in a beautiful gift box.

This cup is absolutely beautiful, I love the way the top works...no screw marks to bother your lips but very secure. The handle is useful and not in the way in a car. In fact the handle is necessary as it IS a rather heavy ceramic cup and it does get warm with a warm drink. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I am not sure it is keeping the coffee as hot as I'd like...heavy ceramic..yes, thermal layers...no. However it IS microwave safe and that is a HUGE plus. All in all, I recommend this cup highly. It is getting quite difficult to find a microwave safe cup for the car and this does work well. Used with the top it seems to hold the heat well enough and all other features are superb.

I bought this as a gift for one of my aunts she beloved when cardinals are around then my grandmother/her mother is around us so I got this and she is in love with it it’s beautiful glass the extremely cute little box that it comes with she loved as well over all it was an amazing gift and I would buy again the cup was good quality

I had this mug sent to my sister in Fresno, California; as she's dealing with cancer right now, and I'm not able to visit her due to my husband's health problems. She loves it so much, that she says it's too pretty to use and she loved the pretty box that it came in. I told her to please use it. I originally wanted to buy one for myself, but I thought it would be something special to let my sister know that I'm praying for her and I love her. (She & I are both into hummingbirds.)

This was a gift for my friend who likes tea and cardinals. The mug came in a beautiful box, appears to be solid with plastic lid. I cannot comment on durability yet, but it seems to be good quality.
