great item, fresh and tasty. My only complaint was the quality control. One of the packages arrived without the red plastic lid. Unacceptable. That is failing on basic doublechecking when packing up the item.

I don’t eat pork so I use these to make split peas and bacon soup. It comes up very tasty and you can’t tell that it’s not real pork bacon I really like these and they’re very recently priced and very tasty. Kudos I would recommend them.
