This is a good product, once you get the hang of the app it's easy to set up and adjust. Being as it's for an aquarium though, the app could have done with a sunrise/sunset feature. If it had been added I would have definitely given 5 stars.

Dangerous was fine until after a few months then It started randomly flashing after inspection I noticed it had sucked up water from the fish tank and water was coming down the power lead and onto the plug socket. If left any longer or I hadn’t of noticed when I did it would of caused a fire !

I use this product in an aquarium. The app is fine, easy to use and a fair amount of options and customization but I'd like it if it connected to my phone quicker, sometimes I have to stand their toggling brightness or colours in the app to get it to kick back into life. Would be better if it was instant but overall it's good and its only a minor complaint. The brightness is ok, It's enough, but the light it replaced which is really basic and came with the tank was probably twice as bright. Having said that, plant growth is good and the fish colours look good under this light. The suction cups haven't unstuck once so they work fine. Only other minor issue is sometimes the light displays the colours incorrectly, like it temporarily can't display a particular tone or something and colours all look weird and dull. Power on/off fixes it. Overall I recommend it.

Bought in 2023, heard a large bang this morning and something tripped my house electric. Found the exploded plug next to my fish tank Looks like a capacitor had failed, over heated and blew the open the plug. I found the top of the plug about 2 meters away from the plug. Luckily a breaker in my house’s fuse board tripped otherwise I probably would’ve had a fire, also luckily I was home when this failed and tripped my fuse board, otherwise all my fish tanks heaters, filters ect. would’ve been all off due to the fuse being tripped. I would strongly recommend against buying this light and instead would recommend paying more for a branded light from a pet shop if possible. I bought a replacement branded interpet light from my local fish shop today instead. Has definitely made me much more wary of purchasing electrical products from Amazon.

Vino con un enchufe inglés (tuve que comprar un adaptador). Hoy la he puesto y se enciende y apaga sola, cambia de color sola y el enchufe está muy, muy caliente.
