ball bearings fell out after 2 days!
Installed 2 days ago, ball bearings fell out of 1 wheel this morning. Other 4 wheels seem OK. May try to see if I can get a replacement from manufacture, if so, then will update.Update:Wow! They sent me a replacement set of casters and I replaced the one bad one and they are now working great! Thanks for handling this so quickly and professionally. I appreciate it.

Terrible Product
Received these on 1/17/2017. The ball bearings are falling out of 3 of them. How do I get them replaced or returned? Great Upgrade
We recently upgraded to laminate flooring and were concerned with our computer chairs and the plastic wheels that come with them. We didn't care too much for getting plastic mats and saw these. Upon reading the reviews we went ahead and purchased and have been very happy with them. Super easy to install and glide across the floor with ease. Highly recommend these for wood, tile or laminate flooring.

All floor casters
The casters are some of the best I've ever used. They roll on all surfaces without creating friction or resistance. We have carpet, tile and wood floors in our home so this was a big issue. Thanks

Bearing balls fell out after a year of use on carpet.
I installed these wheels on two chairs - one in my office on carpet and one in my warehouse on concrete. The ones used on carpet failed. I loved these wheels as long as they stayed together. Let's see if I can get a replacement under the warranty...

Not for Carpet use
Do not normally review things but... We purchased these for a carpeted area. Short pile glue down commercial carpet. Description says "Works on Carpet". They do not work on carpet. Wheels would just turn sideways and stop. Very disappointed. 2 messages to seller. No response at all. Had to return via Amazon.

Very smooth glide and easy to install
Very smooth glide and easy to install. I had an ankle injury and using rollerblade wheels on an office chair gave me a highly agile office wheelchair of sorts. It was much easier than crutches or knee walker for indoor mobility. I left the wheels on and now my chair is always getting "borrowed" by colleagues wanting in on the fun.
