What a brilliant idea. Most of the time, my kids love the cardboard box that their presents come in more than the presents themselves. The Make-A-Fort took that idea and ran with it.These things are really well designed. Easy to connect, even for a 7 year old. And fairly durable. At the end of the day, it's still cardboard. But it's relatively thick, sturdy cardboard so you can build them 2-3 squares high. These things aren't "buy it forever", but they're going to last quite a few build-ups and teardowns. Very worth it for creative kids who love building forts anyway.

Our kids got these from Santa for Christmas. Really fun to build a fort with the kids. We bought two packs and that seems like a good amount to build a great fort. The kids struggle to build on their own but it was fun to help them assemble it. It is ultimately just cardboard sheets with foam pieces that hold them together. The price seems to be a little steep for the material but it is really enjoyable for our kids. I’m worried about the long term durability, but so far it has been great.

I saw this advertised on Facebook before Christmas and immediately thought of my grandchildren, ages 8 and 4. Got them 1 box to share—they loved it! But they also, in a very nice way, let me know it would be even better with another box. After the 2nd box, they informed me that it would be perfect if they had 1 more box—Valentine and early Easter happies. These are a little pricey and 1 box is really not enough (I think that’s even mentioned in the product description), but the grands and their friends have thoroughly enjoyed them!

Bought two of the explorer kits, one for each grandkid. Bought them two and a half years ago. This is one of the best "toy" purchases we've made. It's so durable and they love it! They've built castles, forts, planes, boats, and anything in-between. Easy enough for the kids to put together by themselves (over 6 yrs) and fun enough for the whole family. The boxes don't take up much space and the pieces hold up well over time. A quality product for hours of fun and creative play away from screens. The kids are counting, strategizing, working together, creating, and having a good time. When my kids were little they made forts with chairs and blankets, but with these kits my grandkids can create anything they can dream up. They often add blankets and pillows to take their creations to the next level. Definitely recommend this product to anyone. Having more than one kit allows you to build so many things.

This product was great for our kids. They love building a fort and hanging out for hours inside. Durability is a little questionable as it is simply cardboard with foam connectors, so care needs to be taken when building and disassembling. I also recommend purchasing two kits versus one, as the quantity of pieces doesn't allow for a very large build.

It was fun bonding with the kids but unfortunately this fort isn't very stable/durable.. very wobbly and flimsy.. you're paying for overpriced normal cardboard and foam..

Very sturdy and fun for kids to assemble

It's a great idea but the product quality is very por. It's NOT worth the amount it's being sold for. It's flimsy, it doesn't stay together well despite doing all that's recommended. Do not waste your money.
