Q: What size is this? Can’t tell. I want the large one.

Not counting the horns the small is about 9" tall - with the lower feet sitting at 9" wide. This is a well quality item and after many tooth brushings - is still in great shape. I have seen the larger one at the dentist office - it's quite big and is better to use with a number of children. The small one is great for home brushing practice. PS: you cannot floss its teeth.

Q: Can the dragon be used as a puppet?

This is the cutest tooth brushing doll out there. It is a stuffed animal not a puppet. Teeth are plastic and doll is washable. I highly recommend.

Q: Dose it come with a kids toothbrush? And if so whats the age recommendation on the brush itself?

Mine came with the toothbrush in the picture except it was orange. They tooth brush is not good quality. I found the same tooth brush at the dollar tree. My kids only used it to brush the dragons teeth.

Q: Can it be cleaned/disinfected?

It's a plush animal, I'm guessing hand washing should be fine.
