Do you still have to douche when using this or does this eliminate that process?

I might be a bit more OCD then most people so I still douche. But this has certainly made that process a billion times easier.

Do the Pills ever expire?

My bottle which is brand new has a two year lifespan stamped on it(I mean expiration date). This stuff isn't really a casual usage thing. It takes several days of using to see positive results. I wouldn't recommend this unless you are willing to go long haul like I have.
