Good young reader book with suspense. This author has been writing about this topic and worth the purchase.

A real spinechiller for young readers who like scary stories.

Loved it, and it’s one of those booked that you can read over and over

I like the suspense, wanting to know what's going to happen next. The not know what turn of the page is going to bring next that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Leaving you with goosebumps. To the point of waking up in the middle of the night and grabbing your phone and reading a a few pages at 4am till you fall back asleep. I have read The Collector and The Collected as well and I will be buying more of his books.

My 9 year old son loves this author! It's always a struggle getting him to spend time reading unless I get him books by this author and then he devours the books. I have tried the Goosebumps series as well, but he just doesn't like them as much. I think this author writes for a little older of an audience than the Goosebumps books and maybe that's why my son enjoys these books so much.

My 11 year old 5th grader loved this book. She has read a few books by this author and really loved this one.

Jasmine and her friends, Mira and Rohan, are the kids at school that get bullied. So when the seventh grade has their "Dare Night" they decide to show their bravery to their classmates so they won't be bullied anymore. Dare Night is when the students all enter the long abandoned Carlisle Hotel, a spooky place where all the guests staying there mysteriously died one night. All the students have to do is spend the night, or stay longer than anyone else.This book had lots of scary vibes but I did not like the ending. It could have been so much better.

It was a really good movie.
