What I needed
I'm making a DC-DC charger for my Maxoak 500WH Power Station and this fits the bill. I first tried one of the cheap DC 8mm cables and the plug was loose and made poor contact. This one fits exactly! MUCH better.Note 1- The cable is good quality and the wire actually seems to be 16ga copper.Note2- The DC 8mm plug has three contacts: Center pin, inner sleeve, and outer sleeve. The positive (red) is on the inner sleeve and the negative (black) is on the outer sleeve. This works for my Maxoak, and I'm happy.Note3- The Anderson connector arrived side-by-side, like the picture. (This can be easily changed)

Works as described
This adapter was just what I needed to connect different solar panels to my Bluetti150. One suggestion to anyone looking at this adapter is to make sure your connections will match up before buying. The barrel plug is 8 mm. As others have mentioned, the Anderson power pole connectors may be put together in an orientation that doesn’t work for your needs. However, these can be undone and moved to a different orientation but could be difficult because there’s very little extra cord length to do so. A lack of quality control, which is a constant concern when buying anything made in China. Otherwise it does what it’s supposed to do.

Solar cable adapter
This adapter, while delayed in shipment, looks to be of good quality.Unfortunately, it was not what I had in mind, so I had to return it. The plug at one end, while technically accurate, did not match my portable solar panel. So, the search will go on.

Needs modification to work
The 8 mm barrel connector would not insert all the way to make contact with the power input on the Goal Zero Yeti 400. I had to modify the insulation boot to get it to make contact, otherwise it works as needed.

Connection had to be modified for GoalZero adapter
The 8mm adapter was not deep enough to connect to my Goal Zero cord. Was able to fix it by taking a dremel tool and shaving about 2mm from the black plastic collar. So, it works well now, but it should have been useable upon delivery.
