This is a 10 plate water to water exchanger with 20,000 BTU and 1" ports Review: Flawless performance - Works wonderfully. I must admit I was nervous about this purchase with the one other review. We had the same heat exchange plate but it failed after 12 years of rigours use. With 12 people in the house we use our boiler all year for hot water. My daughter bought me one of these the first of December , It didn't even last 2 months . I bought a extra warranty for it . If they honor the warranty I'll post it .
