Bad quality and no support
After less than 3 months of using it, base broke. I then contacted supported and have not received any reply. The say their product has 3 years of warranties!!! Made in China!

I'm completely missing something and it's impossible to get into contact with someone from the company the infrared option doesn't work. All they want to offer me is a discount on the replacement part will return if no responses.

Solid product. I use it daily for 10-15 min. I use it mostly for mitochondrial stimulation, but it has skincare benefits as well.

If you’re wondering if it’s worth spending the money, this light is extremely well-made. I have used red light therapy in the past at a few gyms and a spa. I feel this is way more intense. It’s been about a week now and I can already see the difference in my skin. The only thing I didn’t like is that it would bang slightly when I open and close the door that it’s mounted on. But I fixed it by just using some heavier duty command strips on the bottom rests to keep it from swinging. It’s definitely solid manufacturing and quality product!
