I previously ordered a power supply from another vendor and they sent me a defective one. This power supply worked just like the factory original that costs 4 times what this power supply costs.I was a little hesitant to order due to the low price and previous experience with another inexpensive power supply, but I am glad I decided to order this. It works just fine and chair even reclines faster than the OEM power supply.

The old PS died, and this made a perfect replacement, works great!

I like the battery backup feature for my 87 year old mother in case she is reclined wen the power goes out, she will still be able to get out of the chair. Not sure how many times the battery will recline the chair but a partially used battery was able to lower the chair almost all the way before it died. The long cord was appreciated to be able to place the box out of the way and allow replacing/ testing the battery. The only improvement I would like to see would be a rechargeable battery and a built-in battery charging circuit to maintain the charge for peace of mind. I am afraid that the battery will be forgotten and when the power eventually goes out and she really needs it it may be dead and not serve its purpose.
