I used these for working out even though they are thin. My T-shirt’s are always long enough so the thinness did not bother me. I had no problem getting them on and off and they stayed put (for the most part) on my legs. What I LOVE about this product is that it said it was high waisted and it STAYED high waisted the whole time. They didn’t roll down not one time. They stayed secure the whole time. And boy did I sweat. My pants were drenched and my tshirt was as well. I would highly recommend this product. I wore them multiple times and have not seen one seam out of place. They have been holding up great. Going to buy two more. Only WISH they came in other colors.

When they came in I saw tiny shorts and thought I would never fit in them. I ordered a small, but the fit is great compared to how they look. The way I sweat in them is amazing as I’m a mom of 3 and need to lose my kangaroo pouch. That whole section of the belly is a sweat zone. So far I’m a fan the material is a bit cheap but for the price is expected. I recommend them

Size reference: I’m 5’8, 180 lbs and got an XL (but should’ve gotten an L, these seem to be true to size).Packaging: Condensed and simple. Nothing too special.These are nice, but not advertised correctly. The leg portion of this piece was a super stretchy and see thru nylon (because of this, I can’t show a fuller body picture). It didn’t take much tug to be able to see clearly thru the material. It would be great under a dress or something, but definitely not for working out in. The top waistband is comfortable for the material that it is. You can’t tell you’re sweating until after you release the clasps and see the sweat. The top of the shorts are right at my bra and the waistband portion stops right below my belly button. I think this would be different had the sizing been more correct, but I wished the sauna part covered more of the lower abdomen range. I think it does the intended job for the right price..you’re overall going to get better quality as the price increases.For an unconscious sweat that you can wear under outfits, this is the piece for you!

Very good and comfortable, just order a size up if you are thick. Large works for me, the medium was too tight

I love these shorts. I was skeptical because I read some reviews that said they ripped as they put them on or they are not made for curvy girls. Well I’m super curvy and ordered 3x. I took them out the package and was sure I wasn’t going to fit them or they were going to rip. Baby these shorts are wonderful. They hug what they need to and the sauna is in the right place. I worked out in them and they did not rip. I just ordered a second pair in 2x because my waist is so small. If I can have a regular supply of these I would. Worth every penny.

The summary description is a inaccurate. Per description was to shape waist and thighs with sweat liner (and picture shown shows liner in shorts more than what the actual product has) but the liner does not go down past waistline (only about 3 inches where picture shows 6 inch or better)only at further product details do they disclose sweat liner only at the waistline

What I am a little iffy on is the fact that they go up a little to high ! You know the saying don't knock it until you try it yeah well haahaa ha I love these just within the past two days of wearing these shorts I have noticed a big difference in my stomach and butt Just saying I am almost in a large now ! I am so happy !

Con respecto al precio, no lo vale!No aprieta nadaSuper delgada la telaSe rompe con facilidad las costurasSi sudas la parte de la pancita por el material, pero no lo suficiente o como uno esperaria.El short es una tela tan corriente que el talle que debe ir a la cadera, te llega a la cintura y lo de arriba casi al busto, a pesar de que pedi una talla mas abajo que la que uso, precisamente pensando en que apriete, peroooo No lo vale!

El material térmico SOLAMENTE se encuentra en la parte de la cintura de la prenda, el resto es una lycra MUY delgada…
