I do not bake, but I know that flours differ in quality, so I ordered Panhandles. It was wasy to measure and sift, and the results were quite good.

It’s a great product but they need to package it better so the bags do not open in transit. I have had some bags arrived just fine, and others arrived open all over the box. But if we are talking about just the flour, it’s really terrific to bake with

Ok. Flour is flour, I thought. I just wanted organic so I thought this brand will do. I used it to bake cookies and was surprised at the difference! This is really good flour. I will look for this brand in the future.

There were bugs in this flour. I threw it out.
