Cute and Efficient
I bought this because it was recommended by America's Test Kitchen. I was not disappointed! It's a cute little machine which I would be happy to keep out on my counter top if I had the space for it. Small footprint and it has a cover to keep any kitchen grime from settling on it if you don't use it often. The color is a pleasing mint green, just as I expected from the photographs. I juiced 5 lbs. of lemons (I'm guessing around 20-25 lemons?) in about 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the efficiency of extraction, if you twist the fruit around as you push down, this will get pretty much all the pulp. I will say you have to be careful when you're removing the cone and filter tray part, if you fumble it, you'll get pulp and seeds dumped into your juice. I'd also recommend rinsing the filter tray between batches, after emptying out the carafe. I didn't at first, and it got real messy up in there with all the pulp and seeds. All in all quite easy to take apart and wash by hand, though the filter/seed tray was a little bit tricky to figure out at first. If this thing breaks, I can see it being one of the clips that holds the two pieces together that goes first. I think if you take care to unclip the bottom before just pulling it apart, it will save wear & tear. You will definitely want to take that apart before cleaning it, a lot of pulp gets stuck in between the two layers. According to the description on the listing you can put all the non-mechanical parts in the dishwasher. I might on the top shelf if I really couldn't be arsed to wash it by hand, but it isn't that difficult. Then again I am lazy, so... I've only used it once so far, so I can't speak to its longevity (although ATK tests stuff pretty rigorously and they gave this one good marks for durability). It does feel like a pretty solid little machine. Stays put while you use it, and is easy to wipe down once taken apart. I pressed down pretty firmly on my lemons and squeezed in at the sides to scrape out all the pulp, and it didn't affect the sound or speed of the motor at all. I was genuinely shocked by the low cost of this juicer. When I saw that the top rated juicer from ATK was almost $200 I figured they'd have chosen a higher-cost model with bells and whistles as their next best. When I saw it was only $20, and highly rated across all categories I did not hesitate. I have paid twice that in the past for juicers that ended up being way harder to clean and much more wasteful than this one. Based upon my one use of this juicer, and considering its high rating from a website I trust, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a high-quality juicer, and you sure can't beat the price.

Pleasantly surprised!
I have purchased other products from DASH and have always been very happy with their quality. So when I saw they offer a juicer for a lot less than others juicers, I thought I would order one. Wow! Not only is it sturdy, easy to set up and dismantle, amd cleaning is a breeze, it works really well. Very happy and highly recommend for those looking for a great electric juicer at a very good price! Buy it!

Super easy to use AND clean
I tried it out for the 1st time with one large naval orange, and then a grapefruit. The juice yield was great and these were $1 pieces of fruit. Sure, you buy store bought orange juice cheaper but the taste just doesn’t compare. You can hardly find grapefruit juice in the grocery because it tastes so bad and doesn’t sell. We tried the store bought grapefruit juice and quickly poured it down the drain. We will probably juice enough for the week ahead and store it in the fridge, but it is so quick you could easily do it daily. And it’s so satisfying to know you’re drinking directly from the fruit and being healthy. I don’t write many product reviews on Amazon but had to on this one. I would recommend it to anyone and plan to, especially family.

First impression - great job, strainer tabs are stiff.
Update: Upgrading to 4.5 ⭐️ Have been using this juicer weekly for about 3 months or so. The tabs, which were a little stiff at first, are more relaxed now while still holding the pulp strainer together. They now easily pop out by pressing down on the pulp selector with one hand while pulling the strainer bottom away with the other hand. Easy! I’ve juiced a lot of oranges, mostly navels and Cara Caras, and we really enjoy the excellent quality juice made (never going back to the awful store-bought juice!). About 11-12 of those-sized fruits makes for 24 oz of juice. Have also juiced lemons for lemonade and it’s excellent at that. A couple of tips - for oranges, the reamer’s torpedo shape doesn’t quite match the generally domed shape of an orange half, so it’s a good idea to be careful to not press down too much when juicing, as the tip can dig into the pith and make for a bitter juice. Instead I sort of feel when the tip is getting to the top, and then use both hands to squeeze the sides onto the reamer. In future models it would be helpful, in my view, if the reamer were a little more dome-shaped for oranges and other round fruits. For lemons the smaller nested reamer shape is perfect. The other tip is on the strainer. We like low/no pulp, so I close off the strainer, but after filling the vessel with juice, I open it fully to let the most juice I can drip on through before cleaning it out. Prevents drips from the unit to the sink, and you get a few more drops of that delicious juice. Another suggestion for future models - a larger reservoir to hold up to 24 oz or even 30 oz would be desirable for our needs. Overall, we’ve become more satisfied with this product, only holding off on 5 ⭐️ due to the desire for a more rounded reamer for large round fruits, and a desire for a slightly larger reservoir. Otherwise this is a very good juicer that we are generally very satisfied with. _______________ Just popped the juicer out of the box and my initial take is that this juicer is just what I was looking for. I ran three navel oranges through it after washing all the parts and had about 8 ounces of pulp-free juice. Love the non-switch, just press down and it starts. Also like the flexibility of the pulp settings. I felt like I got all the juice I could out of each orange. Noise was actually less than I anticipated. I would not be concerned about waking loved ones in the wee hours unless they’re light sleepers. Certainly not a problem in our dead-to-the-world household. Like others, I found separating the pulp strainer for cleaning to be a challenge. The three tabs holding them together underneath are stiff. It’s a good thing they are, IMHO, because you’re pressing down as you juice and you don’t want them to snap. I was able to detach them by using a table/butter knife. Flipping the strainer upside down, I inserted the rounded knife tip into one of tabs nearest to the handle on top. I flipped it back over, with the knife still in the tab, and gently pressed downward using the pulp setting tab, while pressing gently upward with the knife. Success! Naturally, I can’t comment on durability, given a single use so far. But I can say I was really pleased with the juicing function. And I would give five stars were it not for the stiff tab challenges. Even so, I found the performance on this first run to be excellent.

It is an amazing product for this price. I was actually expecting to receive a much smaller and average quality product when I made my order! I normally do not use this kind of juicer, but I saw its price and taught it would not hurt to have one! SURPRISINGLY I received a Really Good Quality, Perfect Size juicer ! It looks nice, EASY to use and works GREAT. Honestly I have been using it for freshly squeezed orange juice all the time.

We’ve always owned a manual citrus juicer. When it recently broke, we decided to upgrade to an electric juicer. I had never heard of the brand Dash before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall, this juicer seems solid and of good quality for the price. I like that it’s compact and that the cord tucks neatly into the base. It’s easy to take apart and clean, which is great. It’s somewhat loud while juicing. To be fair, I suspect most machines at this price point make the same amount of noise or more, so I don’t fault Dash. Fortunately, it juices quite quickly, so the noise is limited. Any citrus fruit we've juiced so far has produced a ton of juice. I love seeing a pile of truly empty peels when we’re done! It definitely does a better job of using up every bit of the fruits than our manual juicer did. So far, we’re happy with this juicer and would recommend it. I’ll add an update in a few months with respect to its durability. Stay tuned.

The juicer has a large capacity, two heads type to juice limes up to grapefruits. Pulp setting is nice but wish the full pulp setting (my preference) didn't waste some of the pulp. Not the easiest to clean, not terrible but the container should lift off of the middle spinner for better functionality. Juiced a full bag of limes the first go and it cleaned them all easily, no dreaded hand cramping that happens when doing it by hand.
