I had to write a review because holy smokes this stuff actually works! I’ve been so sick with a horrible sinus infection and a sore throat with mucus, I can barely even talk. The first time I gargled I felt relief!! I’m actually shocked. Yes, the taste is a bit weird it’s like one of those probiotic rootbeers without the fizz is a good description of the taste. It’s not that bad and you just spit it out anyway! It’s so worth it! This has helped more than any spray, cough drop, tablet, etc! If you are sick, have a sore throat GET THIS!! I’ve only had 2 doses/gargles and I’m feeling the biggest improvement in days. This is going to be a staple in my medicine cabinet.

I've had a sore throat for close to 3 weeks and went to the dr twice. They just said it is something viral long lasting and have to wait it out. I ordered this with same day shipping after other things weren't working. Took it for one full day & today my sore throat practically gone. I will take it a few more times to make sure, but so far I am impressed. Taste was not horrible to me.

Ok. Ok . Ok. I have read the reviews about this and how great it works but the taste is bad…. I guess my opinion is that. IT DOES WORK … And the TASTE IS REALLY NOT BAD AT ALL. Don’t great me wrong the taste is definitely not the best but from the reviews it’s not that bad of a taste. Way better than cough syrup. I did this once. It worked for me instantly. My son has been coughing for weeks now due to the flu. ( yes I already took him to the doctor and get meds, and no it’s not working ). So I took a chance on this. IT WORKS !!!! but everyone is different. Also my son is a type one diabetic.. his doctors say it’s safe for him to use. Love it so much I got two bottles this time around. Highly recommend it.

Okay I'm gonna start this by saying overall, it's a no from me big dog. Between the color, the smell, and the taste of it - I just can't. Per the directions, you're supposed to gargle it for a full 30 seconds, up to 4 times a day. I honestly really tried because I've had this mystery unwellness for like 2 months at this point that I can't seem to get over. But I only got about 2 seconds into actually really fully gargling with this stuff, before my body said "get it tf out of me." It still gets a solid 4 stars however, because that maybe 2 second gargle, actually worked pretty well. Like I did notice a difference in the feeling of my throat like it didn't hurt as much right after, as well as the hoarseness of my voice. Which leads me to believe that if you can meet this product as is and use it for the full amount of time correctly, then I feel like this is an effective tool in your battle with illness. I wish I could manage it without almost immediately needing it out of my mouth and downing a gingerale so im not gagging at the whisps of aftertaste coming from my throat... Just can't do it. Decent price, effective. Solid tool.
