Q: Does it dry matte or transfer?

Very creamy formula. I would say It dries Demi matte it did not transfer when I used it, although I would set with colorless powder if worried about transfer :)

Q: Do these paints smear after application?

Hey, this is a hard question to answer. Like any make up our face paints can smear. It really depends what you are going to do when the paints are applied. Rubbing on clothes or sweating a lot will make the paints smear. Otherwise they should last quite well. I'm sure you hoped for a more direct answer but it is a very hard question to answer without knowing your intended use

Q: How do i do skin patch test

Hiya, you can do a skin patch test by applying the face paint on to a small patch of skin and leave it on for the same duration of time you are planning to use the face paints for.
