Our wooden knots are hand made from Princess Trees. We chose Princess Trees because they are naturally resistant to decay and rot. They are also have the best weight to strength ration making them very light and strong at the same time. This decorative object should last for years!

Is one of the links supposed to come separated in halves?

The links should come exactly as pictured. One of the links has a seam because of the nature of how we have constructed the knots. But if you have received a broken knot, please return it for a full refund or exchange it for a new one.
