Product works great when your putter handle is thick enough. I tried to use on a putter that was too thin and it wouldn't work. I should have thought about applying some adhesive tape to thicken the grip handle.

I needed to glue it to my putter to keep it from coming off in my bag. It’s a bit too wide, Need to pull the pin out to fit it into the cup, but otherwise works well. I’m not used to using it yet

I play in a lot of golf scrambles, I bought this cap to easily pick up the other balls we are not going to play without having to lean out of the cart. I did not try to attach it to my putter. I did not want to change the balance of my putter and it probably would not fit in the putter tube of my golf bag. I cut a 30" piece of a wooden broom / mop handle and attached it to one end. It slipped on easily and was a nice snug fit. I just keep this pick up stick in the basket behind the cart seat while we are playing. It works great to easily pick up balls as we drive past to the best one. I think that this would also work well on the end of 1" PVC pipe.

I needed the suction cup due to hip problems. There is nothing currently on the market (that I could find) that will fit over the more common oversized grips in use today. I took the suction cup and sliced off the piece that would normally fit over the grip. The suction cup will then sit flush on top of the grip. I inserted a drywall screw anchor (the piece you insert into drywall to help the screw hold) into the hole in the top of my putter. Drilled a hole in the center of the suction cup. Put a very small dab of "gorilla glue" on the bottom of the suction cup, and then screwed in a flat head screw into the top of my putter. Maybe add a little bit of black electrical tape to pretty it up a little bit. I have about a 17 handicap, and I seriously doubt this will affect my putting. But my hips will thank me on every hole!

The golf ball pick-up suction cup has allowed me to play golf during a severe back problem. Being able to pick up the ball without bending over or stooping down gives me the ability to enjoy the game. I thought this item was too small to fit on my putter. I heated a cup of water in the microwave for a minute and soaked the cup in order to soften it. Then it fit perfectly.
