Lack of information about ingredients
Why isn't the amount/percentage of those ingredients posted anywhere? How about the amount of water it takes to prepare each package of these foods? Please keep in mind that if you need to use these products, you need a large quantity of water. If an earthquake happens or a storm cuts power to your water pump, more than likely your water lines will be cut off so you will always need a large amount of water stockpiled. The ingredients are important also. These products are loaded with a high amount salt and other preservatives. Not good if you have high blood pressure! There are other products similar to this that list the amount of ingredients.
