Really good product excellent value for money
I own a few slamballs, I fractured my leg awhile back and I have been trying to get back into. Lower body movements like squats, thrusters, wall balls.I opted for a light weight 6kg just to get back to correcting my posture and form.It’s a really good quality product, just as good as a other brand slamballs I paid £18 more for. If you are starting out I would recommend going a bit lighter as when I bought my first ball I just assumed I would be grand doing 20kg wall balls (Wod Karen in crossfit) because I had no problem lifting that weight in dumbbell or Kettlebells.Slam balls are more awkward to balance but really fun, there’s loads of exercises online that you can trySorry for the long windedness great product for a very reasonable price.

Great small slam ball
Added my hand for reference, easy/ small 6kg slam ball. I order this for my small PT studio so it is used often and everyday and has held up so well over the last few months compared to some other brands I have bought. would definitely recommend

Medicine Ball
This medicine ball seems to be well made as well as being the right weight for the exercises I wanted to use it for.

Weight of ball comes from loose sand inside, which swishes about as the ball is moved
Rather than a solid weight, like the medicine balls I'd encountered in the gym, the weight in this ball comes from loose sand inside, which swishes about as you move the ball. Usable, but not ideal. Wouldn't really recommend.
