This camera is a godsend. As a first time mom with an anxiety disorder I was very panicky about leaving my baby alone in the bedroom when she slept. I didn't even want to take a shower unless her dad was home for fear that something would happen. We have a baby monitor but not being able to see her to make sure she was OK just made my anxiety worse so I bought this camera to use instead and it was the best decision I could have made. Now I can check on her without creeping into the bedroom and risk waking her up. The picture quality is amazing day or night and the zoom on it is so good that I can tell when her eyes are open even if her head is turned to the side. My anxiety has gone down so much since setting up this camera and the fact that I can control everything from my phone is so convenient. There is no on/off button so once the camera is plugged in it stays on. I actually like this feature because I don't like the idea of a camera on all the time in the bedroom so I only have it turned on when nobody is in there with her (she sleeps in a bassinet in our room) and unplug it when one of us goes to bed. There's a red light to indicate when the camera is on so I know for sure when it's off and having to unplug it makes me feel better knowing no one can hack into it and turn it on. I highly recommend and will be bragging about this product to anyone who will listen.

Update 3/22/2024. I have 3 of these now, and all are still working perfectly as long as I have WIFI. We have switched carriers several times and it's easy to reset them.This camera was easy to set up, has a clear picture in any light, and puts my mind at ease when we leave the dogs alone for any amount of time. I use it in our RV to watch the dogs if we have to leave them alone. I can communicate with them through the speaker, and the alarm works great if they start barking. The alarms for sound, motion and human detection let me know to check the camera. Very happy with this purchase, and plan on getting a couple more.

We were looking for a camera and app, so we could gradually open up our home to our dog but still keep an eye on him. This was perfect! It didn’t break the bank, we can view our dog or area in the house anytime through our phones, you can even talk to him, and there is alerts and alarm noise. We didn’t need anything super fancy, but so far super impressed!

This started off is just a baby monitor now I have 12 of them all around my house to watch my house when I'm gone wonderful features if you buy this product I advise you get a SD card 32 GB or better and click on SD for the memory on the camera and you will see that it records the entire time motion is detected other than a short videos cloud will try to show you plus it saves you from paying for a cloud account to report so by SD cards for this product it uses (mipc app) has full rotation, can look all the way up, can be mounted upside down on the ceiling(go2settings-flip camera) sometimes trying to talk thru it can be very distorted but at least to be able to check on every room makes me feel better. My family can watch anytime from out of state-do change password when u don't want them to or you trust them enough, but awesome product I wish it had a live feature to view on it's home screen so you could just stare at all the cameras and their movements at once than to open each, one at a time. But I love this product. Highly recommend

First, one warning… it is a MICRO SD card, not an SD card.Set up worked reasonably well following the instructions. It doesn’t have an on off switch in either hardware or software. You have to unplug it — and this loses most of the network set up. It gets very old setting up the network over and over again. So if you’re not leaving it on continuously, there is set up each time. However, it connects to my home network’s non-5G Wi-Fi and the iPhone app pretty well. Motion detection for something large like a person, even 12 or so feet away works well. We have it to watch a 40 lb dog and if she isn’t fairly close and occupying significant screen space, it doesn’t start the motion-detected recording. I did contact support over a small issue and got a fast response. The quality looks good. Some better use instructions (the “manual” is really only for set up) on how to use the app features would really be a help. Overall, for the price, this is a good buy especially in a situation where you just leave it on.UPDATE - well after the 16.2 iOS upgrade, stopped storing to the micro sd. No amount of rebooting, update of firmware, etc helps. It clearly recognized the SD card (could measure use) but wouldn’t record to it. The sd slot is poorly designed - easy to insert card on an angle and jam. Absolutely no support - the apple support link goes to a Chinese language site. The email address comes back as un returnable. When it worked, it worked. When it doesn’t, you’re screwed. And the software is incredibly slow and keeps leading you to a loop of rebooting. I have blink cameras elsewhere and they are much more reliable.

I got two cameras, the first one was amazing 1080 picture quality, but the second one does not show me the 1080 option it has 4mp instead, the video doesn’t look clear and the colors are off on the second camera. The first good camera I tried putting the sd card but I put it in wrong, had to take it out put it in again, the camera did not recognize the sd card so I pushed it in further and now I can’t take it out at all, I can’t even see the card on the inside. I read the instructions and it says you have to format the sd card first which I did not do. Basically I ruined the good camera, now Im scared to use it because the sd card is all the way inside, not sure if I broke something, camera still works but I do not want my house to catch fire over a camera so not sure how safe it is to leave it on. I order another one, hopefully it has the 1080p picture quality.Update: received the third camera, again it has the 4mp, the quality is horrible, freezes, colors look green, and makes horrible sounds. The new 4mp cameras are horrible, they should sell the older version 1080p, is a shame
