The Vanilla flavor is pretty good, and it makes for a nice thick shake. You can even mix with water.I prefer to mix in a blender… nice and quick…shaker bottle you have to shake then let it sit for a bit, then shake again to mix smoothly. Liked that the sugar content is lower than many others.

I initially liked this product but for the price you have so many options this one is mediocre at best in ingredients list and overall stats. Mixes well decent flavor.

love that you get alot for the price! will for sure be ordering again, only thing is its sweeter then my normal protein powder which is not a issue just throwing it out there so if you are using sweetners like i do i usually add condensed milk just add with moderation. it keeps me full and it came with more serving then stated because it says two scoops for full portion nd one scoop for half the calories i still hve a good amount left and i passed the serving stated on the bag. not complaining but totally worth every cent if you do plan to gain weight mix it with mass gain workouts and youll see a difference very quickly

Misleading marketing on the bag. It states 1100 calories and 56 grams of protein but if you read the fine print you'll see that is only true with 2 servings. You would only make this claim if you intentionally wanted to trick people into thinking it was a higher calorie/protein content then it really is. It taste like absolute trash as well, I imagine they don't get many repeat customers. DO NOT BUY, you can get a better deal and product literally anywhere else from a company that doesn't rely on tricking customers into buying their product.

Ich mach den Shake immer mit Milch da ich es mit Wasser nicht mag. Löst sich gut auf, Geschmacklich hatte ich Vanille -Eis was vollkommen klar geht. Kalorienmäßig ist es sehr gut bei 2 Shakes A 4 Löffel hat man 2500 kalorien.kann ich nur empfehlen.

No es el material original , parece más a wey proteín de las baratas. Ya eh consumido el original y no es el mismo. No recomiendo , gaste un dineral en algo que no es lo que dice en la publicación. Fui totalmente engañado :(
