These towels are soft and absorbent. Is it 1000 thread count? - no. The fabric is rather coarse. Is it perfectly square? - no. The hems drew in after washing and drying regularly. Would I buy again? - You bet!

Great Price for 15 of them Material quality is great. they are 100% cotton. Very easy to wash them. I love the color as well.

These won't be mistaken for soft cozy miniature blankets, they won't church up your space or impress pretentious admirers, and they won't last long enough for your great-grandchildren to inherit. What they will do however, is work exactly like you hope they will. They launder without wear, they are big enough to clean meters of surface-area, and they are extremely thirsty, soaking up water/moisture with relentless zeal. I have to push back on some of the reviews here. First, if youre buying these for the kitchen, they are incredibly durable. If your after heavy-duty shop towels, then you may need to re-read the name of these. I feel like people who claim otherwise are likely washing these in hot water and/or with overly abrasive detergents. I wash mine with cool water and very little detergent, tumble-drying (without fabric softner!). They are still like new after dozens and dozens of cycles. Second, the absorbency is on point. These dry my hands, wet veggies, counters, and dishes with one simple swipe, truly amazing. If you're using too much detergent and/or using fabric softener, then you may misunderstand how fabric absorbs moisture to begin with. Third and lastly, these aren't to cuddle with or or use to swaddle your baby. They are here to do work, and they do that incredibly well. Those complaining that they aren't soft enough are missing the point. Did you buy these to sleep on? I don't get it... The only reason I have these at 4 stars instead of 5, is because these towels are so absorbent and effective, that they tend to be one-use-only. While that qualifies as a huge plus for me personally, I reluctantly recognize that some people would rather use towels that work half as well, more times, or would rather hang prettier towels that don't work at all.

Great kitchen towel! Before purchasing these, I've always had the traditional terry cloth kitchen towels. These are far superior. They absorb just as well as terry cloth, but don't leave the lint behind like terry cloth sometimes does. The other perk is that they dry much quicker then traditional kitchen towel. I do recommend washing them before use, as there was a packaging odor to them. We've had no issue with any of the threads coming loose, and they seem to be very durable. The grey color goes great with almost any kitchen design.

A superior dish towel at a most reasonable price. I prefer these towel over all of the other towels we’ve accumulated through the years - these are actually absorbent (unlike the more decorative ones from many other sources).

Good multipurpose kitchen towels. Very absorbent. I'd recommend washing before use, just like most towels they are more absorbent after washing.

100% cotton, I love that. I love the design, they're a good size for a kitchen towel. They are very thin, so just like a vintage towel they are not going to absorb as much as a terry cloth kitchen towel. You're not going to want to drain dishes on them for example but you could dry your dishes with them. They would also make excellent cleaning rags and you get so many for the price that you could actually have nice rags just to clean with. Which is what I'll be doing with all the extras. Some for the kitchen, some for rags.

Unfortunately, after months of use I’m sad to report that these kitchen towels are not absorbent. They don’t dry dishes. I’m not sure what kind of cotton these towels are made of but it’s not your mother’s cotton! The cloth is somewhat thin. But even if you use two towels the absorbency is no better. I do like the pattern. They look like classic “Italian restaurant “ towels . . . but they’re not.

Very happy. I wont probably need to order more again. I haven't washed them yet. I like that they are thin and cotton. I am not a fan of the waffle type of tea clothes.

Too thin. Not what I was looking for. I want a kitchen dish cloth that absorbs moisture and dries cutlery properly.

These 100% cotton towels are just what 4every kitchen needs. Absorbent without streaking glass drying. Highly recommended.

Just a proper tea towel .little smaller than i thought .but will work perfect
