Can I use this on mattress or furniture?

Hi Karen!thank you for asking, I hesitate to say yes on HIGH-END furniture, but we use gentle, plant-based surfactants that are safe, odorless, and shouldn't damage most surfaces.Personally, I just used it on a white chair cushion last week immediately after I spilled red wine on it, and it worked and left no residue or red spots. Hardwood floors? polyurethanes,oils,lacquer, waxed treated floors? why vendors avoid comments re hardwood? is acetone an enzyme "eater" in it?

Hi Freddie,I'm sorry, I just do not understand what you are asking here...Are you asking if the enzymes in our formula would hurt hardwood floors?  If so, we do not add "free" enzymes into our formula.  Enzymes simply liquify wastes. We feel it's a better technology to add beneficial bacteria into the formula that can produce the right enzymes for the application.  So, although free enzymes may cause a problem on floors, I wouldn't think that bacteria would cause a problem because they only secrete the enzyme once they attach to the waste (so that they can ingest it).  However, I would also not want to make any types of guarantees on a hardwood floor either.  I have hardwoods at home that are untreated (or have been treated a long time ago) since I have an older home.  Sometimes, even water mades a water stain.  So, although we don't have free enzymes or harsh chemicals in the formula, I can't say whether it could slightly discolor untreated hardwood floors, etc.  The concern on a polyurethane or floor treated with oil or wax is that the bacteria could possibly eat them if they are organic in nature.  But, the area would have to stay moist for the bacteria to keep eating away at them.  Once it dries, the bacteria go dormant. That is all of the variables if that helps somehow. Most people use this type of product on tile, concrete, carpet and other hard, inorganic surfaces...

Can this be used on real grass (like Fresh Patch dog lawn patches)?

Hi Ashley, That is a different type of technology... those products break up the ammonia, but do not remove anything.  I do not think this would harm grass, but it's not made for that application.

Does the sprayer have both a spray and stream setting or just spray?
