Good, but not the best quality
I used these for a couple projects, but the individual brush "hairs" tend to fall out after awhile.

Great for applying contact cement
Softer bristles, durable, lightweight and disposable if the glue dries on it. Also allows good control of applying glue to specific surfaces without have it going into areas that are not being glued

Wonderful brushes for water-based paint
What a deal! I make and paint over 700 wood toys each year and donate them to charities. Been buying assorted packs of brushes from Hobby Lobby and other craft stores to paint with, What a waste of money. These so called premium bushes streaked the paint on the wood requiring two to three coats of paint to do the job right, especially the lighter colors like yellow. Then after painting and soaking them in soap and water, the bristles would become stiff and hard and I would have to re-soak the brushes in water to get them soft, After painting 10 to 15 toys the ends of the bristles would be damaged and cause worse streaking. Saw these brushes on Amazon and why not give them a try since they got 5 star ratings from other buyers. What great brushes. Takes only one coat to paint a toy, even yellow most of the time. And best of all the bristles stay soft after clean-up just with plain water. Have painted 12 toys so far and the bush shows very little wear. You can not beat these brushes for painting wood toys with water-based Apple Barrel Paint, Wished they made smaller brushes for detail work such as painting rims on tires.

Not as good for my use case as 1/2 inch brushes
These brushes seem to be constructed as well as the brushes I have purchased in the past. However, for my usage they are a bit too small and not as convenient as 1/2 inch brushes. I use these mostly for spreading glue (both epoxy and wood), as well as for general use cleaning parts and applying grease. I should have paid more attention to the size of the bristles and purchased larger brushes.

Adequate for the Purpose and Use
Price was steep on these. I pinch the ferrule at the base of the brush haisr to prevent the hairs from falling out. Sometimes I trim the length of the brush hairs to "stiffen up" the action of the brush. They worked fine for the application I was using them for. Made In USA ! ?
