Gorgeous monitor! No speakers but I can live without that
It's a beautiful widescreen monitor - I had bought a nice, inexpensive 27" monitor but am used to working on widescreen resolution and couldn't come to grips with it. This was in Black Friday sale and it's gorgeous. The widescreen is fantastic and it JUST fits in the space. I would love more of a quick release stand, as it has to get put away fairly often, but I'll live with it for the quality and the price.

Great value
Great value monitor, picture is great and monitor itself looks good. Picture is clear for video/games and size is perfect to have side by side Excel/PowerPoint docs on screen art the same time Point to note though is that it has no internal speakers so don't expect sound unless you plug in headphones, slightly confusing as it does have a volume control which kind of makes you expect internal speakers, it's just for the headphone output though.

works perfect as my 2nd screen
I run a three screen setup on my PC and this is for my 2nd screen. The quality is what you would expect from LG, good quality. The sound is nice an clear when I use it occasionally refresh rate and never has been a problem is good and colour is nice and clear

Good ultra widescreen monitor
Good ultra widescreen monitor with a 21:9 ratio, great for showing wider spreadsheets or movies made in 21:9 format. I measured the diagonal size at 730mm which was as expected. The only downside is that compared to an earlier model which was very similar, it lacks speakers but it does have a 3.5mm audio jack for connecting speakers. It also only has 2 inputs, Display Port and HDMI, compared to the older model which had an extra HDMI input. Also, on its stand, the screen leans forward slightly, as other monitors tend to do, which makes it difficult to line up properly next to another monitor. I have two screens, both ultra widescreen.

Do NOT buy this. Too many issues.
Not sure why the reviews are singing this product praises. Unless I got a dud. I'm a pc technician for reference before I write this. Monitor would not snap out of 30htz. Likes down the screen in HDR mode. Resolution is Horiffic, no matter what options you change. Tried several pcs, all varying in performance, nothing can get this thing to look decent. Honestly? Just get a more expensive one this isn't worth it. Have returned.
