Only eye back and back of neck cool down, cold doesn't last. Didn't think it was worth it.

I was expecting something a little bit heavier which is what I personally need and this is very light weight weight. I need more pressure on my head when I have a headache and sinus but the material is very nice very soft and smooth it's supposed to be aromatic but it didn't seem to have a smell. And also I should have paid more attention and noticed that you could only heat the neck part up and not the sinus part which is what I like warm. So it just wasn't a fit for me it may be for someone else.

I've suffered from migraines for decades. Yes decades. I also have different types of headaches & migraines. If you get migraines this is the wrap to have in your freezer. DON'T HESITATE! You won't be sorry. Added plus, the cool eye pods can be flipped up or down if you need them or not. The back of the neck pod is AWESOME! People forget or don't know they have sinuses back there too. The only thing I really don't care for is that it has "aromatic" scents. If some of you are like me, depending on the headache; smells can make the headache worse. I wish they made one without any scents. I use a different wrap when I know the scent will intensify the headache. Hope this helps.

Have had migraines for 9 years, ice packs can bring a lot of relief even if they won’t end the migraine.The way this one gently rests against your eyes and along the bridge of your nose, as well as the nape of your neck, is something a generic ice pack can’t do. It’s filled with flax so it molds right to your face. An added benefit is it blocks out light, which can be a relief if you have heightened photo-sensitivity during a migraine. The filling also has a very subtle lavender scent which I found soothing.It doesn’t stay cold for very long, because it is natural flax, which is why I recommend it being one part of a toolkit to fight headaches and migraines. I wish the fabric was something natural, like cotton or bamboo.Overall I’m very glad I bought mine and recommend it to other people with headache and migraine issues as well.

My husband has chronic migraines. I bought this for him in hopes that it would help. The eye covers are irritating to him and he just prefers to tuck them. When I wore it, I realized the eyes should not have ice. It makes them feel like they are burning from the ice if that makes sense. The compression is so so basically, we use it more as an injury ice pack because our last big ice pack wasn't so good anymore. I am in the process of looking for another migraine ice pack alternative.
