I recently purchased this steam cleaner from Amazon, and I must say, it has been a complete disappointment from the very beginning. This product turned out to be nothing more than a worthless piece of junk that failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. Allow me to share my frustrating experience with this steam cleaner.First and foremost, the unit failed to produce any steam, rendering it utterly useless for its intended purpose. No matter how long I waited or how many times I attempted to use it, the steam simply refused to materialize. I followed the instructions to the letter, hoping for a satisfactory result, but all I got was a non-functional nightmare.Furthermore, the product's build quality was severely lacking. The flimsy plastic components felt cheap and fragile, and I had a constant fear that the steam cleaner would fall apart in my hands. It's safe to say that this product does not inspire any confidence in terms of durability or longevity.The customer service experience was equally frustrating. When I contacted the company's support team to report the issues, they appeared disinterested and provided no real solutions. It felt like they were merely going through the motions, lacking any genuine concern for my problem. I expected better customer support for a product that clearly did not live up to its promises.To make matters worse, the overall design of the steam cleaner was impractical and inconvenient. it worked great but the quality was substandard.molds were offcenter andcrooked. preventing accessories to be screwed in correctly. it’s nice it was2500watts! very powerful but can’t use it with a clear head knowing something can falloff and burn myself so i sent it back

Tighten nozzle with wrench or it leaks and can cause possible burn. Good product, steam will break up gunk for cleaning.

I was struggling to clean our guest house shower because of all the grout and I purchased this and can now confirm the shower is cleaner than ever before without all the chemicals needed. I love this, worth every penny. Easy to use, but if you plan on cleaning floors you’ll need an extension cord. And water capacity is roughly 600sqft if clean +shower.

I received this item overnight. I had a buffet product than this but it didn’t perform properly. This item is fantastic so far. I love how it makes cleaning things so easy. Window sills that are hard to reach. Refrigerator. Trim on floors. Etc.
