Same company as the vitamin C I take due to its absorption technology. Not gonna lie, the taste is not pleasant but I just open squirt into mouth and have a chaser drink. Easy and quick that way and the taste is only for a few seconds. It has your B vitamins essential to good health and added minerals. Very important to get all B vitamins. The ER doctor I work for highly approved. I do have more energy since taking, you will see a difference! Just an overall great brand

All of the lypospheric vitamins are clinically proven that they're absorbed by your body and gut the best. These vitamin packs are super easy to digest and can travel anywhere with you. They don't taste the best, but they're super healthy and work really well.
