I do feel like this supplement helped minimize my bloating and I saw a big difference. However I did get really bad heart burn I believe from the piperine and I noticed a weird feeling like a bloating feeling underneath my ribs. Not sure if this is another symptom of heart burn. I did do a little research on this and it did caution, (Curcumin stimulates bile flow — not ideal for people with gallstones or bile duct obstruction) so not sure if it could have been that.I stopped taking this supplement it’s been 5 days and those symptoms have subsided a little bit. I was thinking maybe trying to take it every other day to see if maybe that helps.

I have no complaints about this brand or it's quality. Works very well for me taken twice a day.

Love this Organic turmeric.

I have purchased a lot of turmeric products and have seen the benefits in my overall health (and especially improvements in my joint pain) - this formulation is STRONG! I will usually take 2-4 capsules with a meal - this one I can only take one or two before I get really nauseous - definitely a strong dose in each tablet! I would buy them again knowing to be moderate with my intake for these in particular - they are definitely a good value, especially since they are organic:)

One of the best forms of turmeric on the market, you can even taste at the second you put it in your mouth. It’s not like other turmeric where you don’t know if you’re actually consuming turmeric or not, you will definitely taste the flavor the second you put the in your mouth. It taste like turmeric, I haven’t noticed any direct benefits from this, but I take it every day.

Other articles I've read stressed the importance of using an organic turmeric since this product is often grown in countries that are OK with the use of strong pesticides and herbicides. That was the main reason for selecting this brand. After taking 700 mg/day for 30 days I can tell my daily pain has been reduced. Not sure I'll jump to the recommended 1400 mg/day dose because the warnings say stomach upset is possible. Recommended dosage is all over the place so I'm going to stick with what works for me. I am not good at taking larger tablets but this one is small enough that I could do it. This product is not a gelatin capsule. It is a hard-coated tablet. No lingering flavor.

I feel that this health supplement has added to my overall wellbeing. I have purchased this brand before and trust it’s quality.

My frist time trying this brand. Will have give it so time to see how they work.Some of the tablets are broken.

I take these as well and also give them to my 10 yr old Lab we both notice a difference in our daily performance 😁would definitely recommend

I was surpirsed to find a long list of fillers in the product including palm oil. I had to throw it in the trash because I was expecting a clean product.

I bought this product expecting a clean, high-quality supplement based on the “organic” branding. Unfortunately, the ingredients list tells a different story. It contains maltodextrin, palm oil, sunflower oil, and silicon dioxide - all unnecessary fillers and additives that have no place in a truly clean, organic supplement. If you’re taking turmeric for inflammation or gut health, these added ingredients could do more harm than good. Disappointed in the lack of transparency and will not be repurchasing. Look elsewhere for a truly pure formula.
