Is it kosher or halal ? Any pork or bovine ingredients used in this product ?

It is certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union. We will seek Halal certification later in the year. There are not pork ingredients but it does contain protein that is derived from bovine milk.

I am torn between this and ‘premium bled protein’. i am looking for something add i smoothie in morning, don’t want insulin spike and keeps me full

Both are really good products. I would probably lean towards the premium blend, escpecially if going in a smoothie. The 100% will probably taste a little better but if you are putting in a smoothie, you probably won't be able to tell the difference in tastes.

Is this tested for heavy metals?

We test all our products for heavy metals and none of them have never been found to contain any heavy metals above what is considered trace amounts.

What percentage of the protein is isolate vs concentrate?

I'm not sure, but Muscle Feast makes this same product, but in a version that is 100% isolate only. It's on Amazon. Search for "Muscle Feast Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate"
