I had read about this product by someone in a Facebook group and was somewhat skeptical because nothing else I have tried, including melatonin has worked like a charm. But let me tell you, this product is so effective at putting you to sleep and keeping you asleep that you may only need one or even half of one. My very large husband Took two, slept through the night and even felt a little groggy the next day because they work so well. So he only takes one. I’m not sure what the magic is with this combination of ingredients (which includes melatonin) but it is worth every penny. I keep them beside my bed in case I wake up in the middle of the night and need a little help getting back to sleep. They also taste great.

I wouldn’t eat them as candy as I often want to do with the vitamin c gummies but they do t taste bad. They do help me drift off to sleep gently. They are like a lullaby for my brain, just turns down the noise in there. They don’t make me wake groggy though… that is a plus bc I am already not great at mornings

I had been on Ambien for 7 years before switching to this gummy after my Ambien had basically quit working. I get by with 1 gummy which makes it last longer. I like the taste although it might be a touch tart for some. The gummies stick together some but I chalked that up to them being shipped during such hot weather and just put them in the fridge to cool down which helped.

Ive tried all types of sleep aid supplements and this is by far my favorite. I look forward to eating them in the evening about an hour and a half before bed. They taste amazing, LIKE SO GOOD and it makes it easy to remember taking them because of this. I am on my second bottle now. I've bought these before at a store. The gummies are covered in sugar so they don't clump together. The gummies in this bottle I just got clearly have been exposed to pretty high heat because the sugar is mostly melted. My concern is that the high heat has also impacted other ingredients and they won't be effective. The bottle I got from the store worked great. Update: they worked just as well so I just added a bit of granulated sugar to the bottle to keep the gummies from being so sticky.
